STF recognizes the constitutionality of the transfer of concessions

On March 8, 2022, the trial of the Direct Action of Unconstitutionality - ADI No. 2946 - filed in 2003 - was concluded, which aimed to declare the unconstitutionality of article 27, caput, and

§1 of Law No. 8,987/1995, which provides for the possibility of transferring concessions with prior consent from the Granting Authority.
