Agribusiness and Real Estate

  • Assisted Orascom Investment, based in Egypt, in the sale of commercial units in the Pátio Malzoni Building, located in São Paulo/SP, for the amount of R$ 427 million.
  • Advised XP Investimentos on the acquisition and leasing of a property designated for logistics in the city of São Paulo/SP, with an approximate value of R$ 500 million.
  • Assisted Brookfield Asset Management in a bidding process conducted by the Concessionaire of Guarulhos International Airport S.A. for the construction and operation of logistics warehouses in the area of Guarulhos International Airport, with an estimated value of around R$ 400 million.
  • Advised Tower Capital, ICH Hotéis, and Praias Incorporadora e Construtora groups in a bidding process conducted by the Concessionaire of Guarulhos International Airport S.A. for the construction and operation of a hotel in the area of Guarulhos International Airport, with an estimated value of around R$ 100 million.
  • Assisted Brasilagro – Companhia Brasileira de Propriedades Agrícolas in the acquisition of a rural property located in the state of Mato Grosso, with a total area of 10.8 thousand hectares, for the price of R$ 285.6 million.

EDUCATION

Vilmar works in real estate and agribusiness operations, structuring acquisitions, leases, real estate developments, constructions, land subdivisions, real guarantees, agricultural contracts, and agribusiness financing operations. Vilmar is especially recognized for his experience in rural real estate acquisitions, including for carbon and energy projects, and in private real estate ventures on public lands.
