Teo works on some of the largest corporate transactions conducted in Brazil and Latin America, advising both Brazilian and foreign clients, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of distressed assets, and structures for foreign investment. He has experience in sectors such as mining, oil and gas, ports, airports, real estate, telecommunications, retail, and services.
