EDUCATION
Renato has been working for over 20 years in tax consultancy and taxation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, financial market and capital market operations, and administrative tax litigation. Renato serves both publicly traded and privately held companies in various sectors, such as financial services, infrastructure, and fuels. He also assists individuals in their estate and succession planning.
He is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT), Brazilian Association of Financial Law (ABDF), and International Fiscal Association (IFA).
Renato is a co-author of the book "Manual de Tributação do Mercado Financeiro" (Financial Market Taxation Manual) and has authored several articles in the tax field.
