  • Assisted CESP – Companhia Energética de São Paulo in its public offering of debentures totaling R$1.8 billion.
  • Advised Banco Itaú BBA and XP Investimentos on the structuring and first public offering (IPO) of the Patria Infraestrutura Energia Core Fundo de Investimento em Participações, valued at R$500 million.
  • Counseled Banco BTG on the structuring and first public offering (IPO) of the BTG Pactual InfraCo Master Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia, valued at over R$15 billion.
  • Assisted the syndicate of banks (BTG, Itaú BBA, Safra, UBS, and Santander) in the public offering of debentures by CCR S.A. totaling R$2.3 billion.
  • Advised the syndicate of banks (BTG, Credit Suisse, Itaú BBA, and Santander) in the structuring and first public offering (IPO) of the Prisma Proton Energia Fundo de Investimento em Participações em Infraestrutura, valued at R$470 million.

Marcos also has a prominent role in structuring public offerings of various types of debt and equity securities.
