Frederico has been working for over 20 years in project finance operations, banking law issues, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and debt restructuring.
Frederico was an international associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York and at Bofill Mir & Alvarez Jana in Santiago, Chile.
Currently, he holds the position of Vice-President of the Project Finance Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), with a term ending on December 31, 2024.
