EDUCATION

Fabiano has been working for over 20 years in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (primary and secondary transactions), cross-border operations involving Latin American countries, representation of public companies in corporate matters, and notably, private equity fund operations on both the buy and sell sides. Fabiano also has extensive experience representing shareholders, directors, and companies in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).


Fabiano was in-house counsel at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (now Pfizer Inc.), located in Pennsylvania, United States, responsible for coordinating legal issues involving Latin American countries.
