  • Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).
  • Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University in the City of New York.

EDUCATION

Eduardo works on operations in the financial and capital markets, both in Brazil and abroad, with a focus on banking regulation, public offerings of securities, financing, securitization, and debt restructuring, particularly in sectors such as energy, real estate, retail, agriculture, and transportation.


Eduardo was an international associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York from 2020 to 2021.
