EDUCATION

Carlos has worked for over 17 years in the areas of tax planning, tax consulting, and wealth planning, having worked for large law firms and investment banks. In 2018, he was one of the co-founders of one of the most successful digital banks in Brazil, where he served as legal director and was responsible for the single family office of the main shareholders. Carlos has experience in banking regulation, accounting, M&A, cross-border transactions, structured credit, and banking products. He has also written several articles on tax and banking topics.
