Bruna specializes in corporate law, corporate governance, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions, particularly in advising publicly traded companies. She has extensive experience in meeting regulatory requirements of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3), and representing shareholders, administrators, and companies in administrative proceedings before the CVM and the Council of the National Financial System Resources (CRSFM).
Bruna advises companies and executives on the structuring and drafting of executive retention, compensation, and benefits plans, equity-based plans, and compliance with corporate and regulatory obligations associated with the approval and implementation of these plans.
