New vegetation suppression rules for buildings in urban areas in the state of São Paulo

On July 20, 2017, Resolution SMA 72 was published, which provides for the procedures for analyzing requests for the suppression of native vegetation for land subdivisions, condominiums or any building in an urban area in the state of São Paulo. This rule revokes Resolution SMA 31/2009, which previously regulated the matter in the State of São Paulo.
