Limitation of the calculation basis for third-party contributions to the level of 20 minimum wages: STJ includes the Repetitive Theme in the judgment agenda on 10/25

The First Section of the Superior Court of Justice (“STJ”) included Repetitive Topic No. 1,079 in its judgment agenda, in order to define whether the limit of 20 (twenty) minimum wages is applicable to the calculation of the calculation basis of contributions owed to third parties (SENAI, SEBRAE, FNDE, INCRA, among others).
