The Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”) published, this Tuesday, Public Hearing Notice SDM 08/20 (“Notice SDM 08”), submitting a draft resolution (“Draft”) that regulates the advances introduced by Law 13,874, of September 20, 2019 (“Economic Freedom Law”) and proposes to modernize the regulatory framework for investment funds in general and credit rights investment funds (“FIDC”).
