Changing the rules for dismissing directors and excluding partners in limited companies

Law no. 13,792, of January 3, 2019 (Law 13,792/19), published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) this Friday, January 4, 2019, changes the discipline of dismissal of limited company administrators who are also partners. It also modifies the rule for excluding partners for just cause in a limited company made up of only two partners.
