We inform you that Brazilian Federal Revenue Service ("Brazilian IRS") recently issued Normative Ruling IRS Nº 2,119/2022 ("NR 2,119/2022"), which, among other provisions, updated some of the rules related to the obligation of report of ultimate beneficial owners ("UBO") of corporate investment chains in Brazil.
