B3 publishes New Issuer Regulation with news on ESG issues

New B3 Issuer Regulation brings measures linked to ESG issues, including requirements for the composition of the management of listed companies. The new measures – in the “practice or explain” format – must be adopted or have their non-adoption justified by 2025.
