ANEEL recognizes exclusion of liability and extends schedule and grant of generators

At the 1st Ordinary Public Meeting of the Board of Directors of 2021, held on January 19, 2021, the National Electric Energy Agency - ANEEL deliberated on an administrative process that dealt with a request made by generators for the recognition of exclusion of liability and, therefore, postponement of obligations regulations, due to impacts arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
