As of October 1, 2023, ANEEL Normative Resolution No. 1,071/2023 comes into force, which establishes new requirements and procedures for obtaining authorization for wind, photovoltaic, thermoelectric, hybrid and other alternative sources and which will also include new procedures for accessing the transmission system under the terms of the recently published ANEEL Normative Resolution No. 1,069/2023.
