Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from Universidade Cândido Mendes. Postgraduate Degree in Accounting from pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Postgraduate Degree in International Trade Law from Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Associação Brasileira de Direito Financeiro (ABDF), International Fiscal Association (IFA), Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário (IBDT) and Associação Brasileira de Direito Financeiro (ABDF) and Coordinator of the Tax Studies Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Energy Law (IBDE).
