Our antitrust team constantly represents domestic and foreign clients in the process of obtaining approval from the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (“ CADE ”) for economic transactions. In recent years, our team has consistently remained among the 10 offices with the highest number of notifications of economic operations to CADE , being involved in many of the largest and most complex M&A operations in Brazil .

Our team also has extensive experience in defending clients in conduct investigations within the scope of CADE, in structuring competition compliance policies and programs and in competition consultancy work, analyzing the possible impacts of commercial practices and marketing actions on competition.
