We conduct environmental legal due diligence in real estate and corporate transactions, including in the context of carbon project development, with the possibility of continuing work after the completion of such transactions to resolve and monitor any environmental contingencies that may have been identified.

Our team advises clients on routine and complex environmental queries and prepares memoranda, legal opinions, and legal reports, including in the context of the transactions we assist with.
