Guilherme has been working for over 15 years in financial and corporate transactions involving companies and assets in infrastructure, industrial and real estate sectors.

Guilherme was an international associate at Dewey Ballantine LLP in New York.

Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (USP) – 1998. Masters in Laws Degree (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics – 2003. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association.
