Fernanda has been involved in complex real estate transactions, such as: acquisitions and guarantees; real estate developments by structuring residential and commercial developments, industrial and logistics warehouses, and shopping centers, including aspects related to condominiums; leases and built-to-suits deals; construction contracts; among others. Fernanda is an expert in rendering advice to real estate due diligences aiming at verifying chains of title, and claims brought by seller’s or predecessor’s creditors that may affect the acquisition of real properties, and developing strategies for overcoming risks, reducing chances for the buyer to have its title challenged. She is co-author of an article published in the book “Comments to the Public Registry Law” (Forense).
